Cancellation & Return Policy


Cancellations

In case the customer wants to cancel the order after placing the order, they can contact customer care within 12 hours of placing the order. In case the customer has paid for the product and order has not been shipped, Oshopindia shall refund entire amount to Customer’s store credits or back to their account. However in case the amount is requested to be transferred to bank account, it may take procedure time of upto 1-21 days depending on bank’s procedure.


If the order has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. The customer can ask for reverse shipment. The reverse shipment charges shall be borne by customers. We shall then refund the same amount once we receive the shipment to their store credits or in form of Voucher or Discount Coupon of the shipping cost borne by customer.

We assure you hassle free replacement of product if the product dispatched to you has manufacturing defect or if product with Wrong Color/Size is dispatched to you( IN CASE OF APPARELS, FOOTWARE etc). We always look forward to provide best photographs of products but products may vary depending on your screen resolution .

Refund shall be granted after inspection of product by Oshopindia team.

Damages due to improper use, neglect or application shall not be covered under return/replacement policy.

Replacement of product with manufacturing defect shall be done if the same product or its part is available from our supplier. If the replacement is not available, Oshopindia shall refund customer’s money back to their Account.

Products excluded from return are:

  1. Mens and women’s innerwear
  2. Cosmetics
  3. Perfumes, deodrants
  4. Free Gifts
  5. Gifts & Flowers
  6. Products with Schemes/offers.
  7. Socks
  8. Jewellery- if any part or component is missing
  9. ELECTRONIC GOODS shall be replaced or be eligible for return after doa- declaration of acceptance by manufacturing company.

All products which are requested for return must have all components present in the product and along with accessories/parts provided with them thereof.

Any product if found damaged shall not be entitled to return.

Warranty depends on products generally One year for electronic items and 6 months for accessories. Warranty shall be provided by Manufacturers and service of products shall be carried out at Service Centers of the company.
