Cash On Delivery is mode of payment where you have option to pay at the time of delivery of products to our shipping partner. Our shipping partner shall collect cash from you during delivery. When you select this option, please make sure that you keep the Cash Ready with Exact Change. Cash on Delivery is limited to Rs. 15000/kg or Rs. 20000 per order.

Once you proceed to checkout for Payment page, you shall have option of payment option and select your bank in case of Credit/Debit/Net Banking Options.

Once you select your bank, it will direct you to your BANK’S Page or HTTPS Secured Page where you can make a payment.

You shall then be asked for Credit/Debit Card Number, CVV Number, and Expiry date.

Cancellation, Return and Replacement

  1. How can I get my faulty product be replaced?

All the products with manufacturing defect come under 30 Day Replacement Policy. All you have to do is call or email Customer care in 48 hours of receiving the product with your order number. We shall arrange a pickup from your delivery address for the same.

Products with Manufacturing defect shall be replaced depending on availability of the same with the vendor. In case the same product is not available, the amount shall be refunded to your store credits.


  1. I got wrong product, what do I do?

In case the supplier has sent you wrong product, the same shall be replaced.

Please note:- There might be colour variations in products due to your screen resolution. In case there is major variation in colour, the product shall be replaced.

Q1. How will my product be delivered at my end?

We have tied up with reputed courier companies like Aramex, Fedex, The Professional Courier, India Post and many others. Your products will be shipped through our couriers or it can even be shipped directly by our suppliers.

Q2. How will I know when will my shipment dispatch?

All shipments shall dispatch within 3 days of order.

Q3. How do I track my order?

Once you have placed an order, you can login and track order or you can go to home page, go to end and click on link Track Order. The tracking shall be done by putting order number on the page.

In case our supplier ships the product at your end, you shall receive tracking number and details of Docket Number or Airway Bill Number. You can go to respective courier company’s page and enter docket/airway bill number.

Q4. How many does it take to deliver my product?

The estimation of number of days required to deliver your shipment would be mentioned on right hand side of each product’s page. However this is an estimated only. Actual delivery may take shorter or longer period depending on your location.

Once customer submits inquiry for price reduction notifier, an inquiry is submitted to Oshopindia Team and Supplier to consider pricing of the product

Q3. How will price notifier help the customer?

Once there is a notification alert set, Supplier is informed about the same. Once the notification limit crosses 10, special price for product is requested to supplier for the product. More the inquiries, more the price reduction is requested so that customers get right price for the product. Oshopindia Team shall try to get best possible price for the requested product so as to benefit the customer.
