Terms & Conditions
1. Payment 100% advance. No Exchange, No Return & No Refund please . . .
2. All Chocolates are available in packings of 500gm, 1 Kg and 2 Kgs. For Single orders of 5 kgs and more packings of 250 gm is also available.
3. Orders are to be placed atleast 7 days before date of delivery and during festivals and occasions atleast 15 to 30 days before date of delivery.
4. Availability of Chocolates would depend on availability of ingredients as some ingredients would be available in particular seasons only.
5. Delivery available only in Baroda. Delivery out of Baroda will be made for single order of 5 kgs and above
6. Note Photos are just to give an idea and the shapes & packings of chocolates may vary from time to time

Note : Thacker’s Swiss Confectionery (Homemade) do not contain any artificial stabilizers and preservatives. So, Please always keep these chocolates in refrigerator only. Life of Fresh Fruit Chocolates is 4 to 5 days. Life of Soft Centred Chocolates and Chocolate Paan is 7 to 10 days, whilst Life of all other chocolates is 30 to 60 days. 1 kg of Chocolates would contain approximately 70 to 100 pieces depending upon size and shapes of the chocolates.
PLEASE NOTE:
-> Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
-> Delivery attempt would be once. In case the delivery is not
executed during the attempt,due to wrong address/recipient not
available/premises locked, the customer shall still be charged for the
order.
-> Please note that Flowers, Cakes, Sweets, chocolates and other perishable
products are sourced locally at the delivery location & will be hand
delivered.
-> The image displayed in indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in
shape or design as per the availability.
-> Flowers might arrive in bud/Semi bloom/fully bloom condition as per local
availability at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to substitute the
flowers (Including specified color), Basket, Vase & other products with
equal value or higher value due to temporary, regional availability issues.
-> No Deliveries on National Holidays.
